Class Attire & Attendance

Effective October 1, all students will be required to wear proper attire for every ballet class. Students must have a black leotard, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Hair should be pulled up in a bun. We have some clothing available for sale in the office and will be placing an order for shoes/tights on Sept. 30th at the Brigham Studio. Check with the office in Ogden for order dates. If you need any items, please come in by Wed., Sept. 29th, to place your order.

We will also be ordering hot shorts ($15). Remember, solid black shorts are required for all company dancers for certain performances and rehearsals. We have try-on sizes in the office (Brigham week of 9/27 & Ogden week of 10/4) and other solid colors are also available. Orders will be placed on 9/30 and 10/7. Please come in this week to make sure you have everything you need for class!

ATTENDANCE REMINDER! We have noticed quite a few unexcused absences in the last few weeks. As per Studio by-laws, 90% attendance is required for all company and prep team dancers. Rehearsal classes are extremely important, especially at this time as we are working hard on choreography. If you must miss class, please notify the office IN ADVANCE so you can be excused. Thanks for all your hard work and support!

Pulse Routine Update

Pulse Routine choreography will be Friday, October 1, from 4:00-10:00 p.m. and Saturday, October 2, from 10:00 a.m. until completed. Choreography fee is $70 per dancer. This is a themed piece and price of costumes will be more than average than for other routines. Get excited - this routine is going to be AWESOME!!

Rap It Up

Rap It Up is Saturday, October 9, at Murray High School. Registration is $80 in advance (by October 1) $100 after October 1. Promoted as Utah's #1 Hip Hop workshop - Instructors Lindsey Blaufarb, Chonique Sneed, Lisette Bustamante, Gev, and Todd Flanagan. This workshop is TONS of fun and a great one-day event to make up if you missed Full Out or Dance Fever (will need to make up one other workshop to equal 2 days).

Registration is from 8:00-8:30 a.m. and workshops start at 8:45.

Brigham Senior Funk Company Choreography

REMINDER!! Brigham Senior Funk will be learning the routine with Kandice on Friday, 9/24, from 4-10 p.m. Choreography fee of $40 is due at rehearsal, if you haven't paid already. It will be a blast so get ready to bust it out!!

Fundraiser Date Change

The date for the Brigham Studio yard sale has been changed to Saturday, October 9, weather permitting. Please let Mindy or Eden know if you are interested in participating.
