EXTREMELY IMPORTANT UPDATES!!

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT! The first and second competition fees are NOW past due, and MUST be paid by February 5, in order to avoid your dancer being spaced out of their Odyssey Routines!! Please realize that every dancer is very important to all of their routines, and it is something we do not take lightly, but it is our last resort in an effort to make everyone accountable for their individual accounts and balances.

Prompt payment is expected and appreciated. We ask that you stick to the assigned payment schedule as stated in the handbook you received at registration. It was created to assist you in spacing payments throughout the year. These charges have already been paid out by Infinity and please understand that we are NOT a financial institution and therefore we do not have excess funds at our disposal.

We look forward to another successful year and appreciate your cooperation and support.

TEMPORARY SCHEDULE CHANGES:

Next Thursday, February 12, is Project Smile, and both Brigham and Ogden Companies will be in attendance, and thus there will be no Company classes on this day. Other classes will be held as scheduled, with the exception of Ogden Mini Company, which will be held this Monday, February 9, from 8 to 9 p.m. Ogden. Ogden Junior Prep is having an extra practice on Monday, Feb. 16 from 10-12.

Ballroom Pictures are NOW scheduled for Saturday, February 28th.

DRESS REHEARSAL:

We will be having a FULL DRESS rehearsal on Tuesday, February 17th, for both Brigham and Ogden Companies, Ballroom, and Prep Teams. The rehearsal will be at Roy High School again. Please remember to bring all costumes, accessories, shoes and tights, and any props.

Prep Teams will be practicing from 4-5:30, Ballroom from 5:30-6:30 and all Company Routines from 6:30-9 p.m. As before, we are asking for DANCERS ONLY, and no parents please.

Saturday Practices:

This Saturday, February 7, there will be a practice from 9-11 for The Geeks Were Right, and from 11-noon for Take Me to the River.

Also, Ogden Mini Company will have a practice from noon to 1:30 p.m.

Salty Eyes will be practicing from noon to 2 p.m.
