Dance Fever Registration Form

The Dance Fever registration form was sent home with all dancers this week. If you do not receive your form by Thursday evening, please ask your dancer about it. We try to make sure all forms are given to all girls, but you would be amazed at the amount of notes handed out that end up on the floor at the studio.

Forms and payment are due August 19. Also, there are samples sizes of the shorts, hoodies, and socks at the studio. Remember that each girl receives a shirt with her registration, but the other merchandise is optional (but dang cute!).
